NOTICE:  Microsoft has released information regarding a security flaw in Internet Explorer version 5 through 8 that could result in stolen information such as passwords, or credit cards.

 

There is currently a fix in production by Microsoft, but a temporary fix has been released.  Click on the following file,

IE Security Fix

Choose "Open".  A window with a single icon will appear.

 

Double click this file.  A patch will be installed and you should see a message box notifying you that it was a success.

 

 

 

The following fix is for DELL LAPTOPS only

If you have been having errors on your Dell Laptop concerning

SONIC UPDATE MANAGER

please click on the following fix and save to your desktop:

 This is what it will look like on your desktop:

 

Double click the fix on your desktop.

Click Run and a black screen appears.

 When it prompts you, click any key on your keyboard.

Black screen goes away and you can restart your computer.
